Delete your FNISH account
You can ask us to delete your FNISH account here, without the app, or do it yourself in the app. FNISH is offered by [legal entity name: to be completed by FNISH before launch].
Draft for review. The marked parts still have to be filled in or checked, but you can already ask us to delete your account.
Without the app
Write to info@fnish.co from the email address on your account. If you signed in with Apple or Google, say which one, and the email address it uses. We’ll confirm it’s you, delete your account and let you know within [period for answering a request: to be completed by FNISH before launch].
In the app
Go to Profile, then Delete account. It happens straight away and can’t be undone.
A subscription keeps running
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. It keeps running until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
What goes
Your account, plan, sessions, activities, race details, conversations, consents and AI usage. Your subscription record, with us and at RevenueCat, and any code you added. Your connections to Strava and Garmin end, and your coming days are removed from Garmin.
What stays for a while

- Requests already sent to Anthropic, for [how long Anthropic keeps them: to be completed by FNISH before launch].

- If you have a code of your own: the code, its name and what it earned, for the same period.
- What you uploaded to Strava stays there until you delete it there.
- If you ask without the app, what’s on your phone stays there until you remove the app.
