The missing I is you.

There’s a reason the I is missing from FNISH. Because the most important part of any finish line is the athlete chasing it.

We build the plan. You make it happen.

The missing I is you.

There’s a reason the I is missing from FNISH. Because the most important part of any finish line is the athlete chasing it.

We build the plan. You make it happen.

Everything builds toward one moment.

Training. Fueling. Race preparation. One connected plan, built around the day that matters.

  • Train for the race. Not just the week.

A plan built around your event, your level and the days you can train, that responds when your week changes.

    • Two weeks in detail, a season to race day
    • Sessions with zones, paces and targets
    • Changes that say what changed and why
    • Signs of tiredness, with an offer of lighter days
    • Strength sessions, if you want them
  • Fuel the effort.

Log what you eat and drink on long sessions and how your stomach took it, so race day repeats what you've practised.

    • Your own numbers, added up per hour
    • What you've tested, and how it went
    • Reminders during a session, if you want them
    • What you've practised on your race-day plan

FNISH doesn't tell you how much to take. Amounts wait until a sports dietitian has reviewed them.

  • Know what's ahead.

The facts about your race with their sources, your pacing and your checklist, all on one race-day plan.

    • 50 events, with a source on every fact
    • Pacing with time checks
    • A course profile from a GPX file
    • A checklist for your sport and race week
    • An experimental estimate of your finishing time, as a range

Race day

One goal. Everything connected.

The FNISH app, from the day you choose your race to the day you race it.

  1. Choose your race

Running, cycling or triathlon. Pick your event from a catalog of 50 or add your own, and your whole plan counts down to it.

  2. Build your plan

Tell FNISH your level and the days you can train. You get two weeks in detail and a season to race day, around the time you actually have.

  3. Adapt as you go

Miss a session, go too hard or lose a few days to illness, and the plan responds. Every change says what changed and why.

  4. Arrive prepared

Pacing, the fueling you've practised and a checklist on one race-day plan, where each line says what it rests on.

On your phone. On your wrist.

FNISH runs on iPhone and Apple Watch, so your plan goes wherever you train. An Android version is planned.

  • Follow every session

On your phone, with guidance in zone colours, voice cues and a heart rate strap or power meter.

  • On your wrist

Take runs and rides along on Apple Watch, with the target range always in view.

  • Send it to a Garmin

Put a session on your bike computer or watch as a file, for live intervals on the device.

  • Upload to Strava

Send what you record with FNISH to Strava, one session at a time. Nothing comes back from Strava.

  • Bring your own files

Import FIT, TCX and GPX files, with charts, laps, intervals and personal records.

Uploading to Strava and sending sessions straight to Garmin Connect still need approval from Strava and Garmin. A Garmin file by cable doesn’t.

Straight answers.

What is FNISH?

FNISH is an AI training app that builds your training around one race, with your fueling practice and race-day preparation in the same plan.

Who is FNISH for?

Adults training for a race or endurance challenge, from a first 5 km to a full-distance triathlon.

How is FNISH different?

Workouts, fueling practice and race planning aren't separate tasks. Everything counts down to one race and fits the days you can train, and every change says what changed and why.

Is FNISH available?

Not yet. The app is built, but it isn't in the stores. Next comes testing with a small group, and reviews by a qualified coach and a sports dietitian.

Which devices does FNISH work on?

iPhone and Apple Watch. An Android version is planned. You can also send sessions to a Garmin as a file, for live intervals on your bike computer or watch.

Does FNISH connect with Strava?

One way. You can upload sessions you recorded with FNISH to Strava, and nothing comes back: FNISH doesn't read your Strava history. Strava still has to approve FNISH for wider use. You can import FIT, TCX and GPX files from your own devices.

Which sports does it cover?

Running, cycling and triathlon. In triathlon a day holds one session, with a brick as one. The Apple Watch app doesn't record swims, so you log those on your phone or import a file.

How does FNISH use AI?

AI is how FNISH works. A training engine with safety rules builds the plan. AI reviews it after your sessions, reads them with you and answers your questions, and every change to your plan passes the safety checks. Training facts go to Claude, Anthropic's AI model, with your permission, and never your name, email, notes or routes.

Does FNISH tell me what to eat?

Not in amounts. You log what you eat and drink on long sessions, FNISH adds it up, and your race-day plan repeats what you've practised. Amounts from FNISH wait until a sports dietitian has reviewed them, and it won't replace medical or clinical dietary advice.

Is it medical advice?

No. FNISH gives training guidance, not medical advice, and it doesn't replace a doctor. Ask a professional before you start if you have a medical condition.

When will it launch?

We haven't announced a launch date. We'll share it on Instagram.

How much will it cost?

FNISH will be one subscription with every feature, sold in the app through the store. Pricing will be announced before launch.

Your finish starts here.

One race. One complete plan. An app that brings your training, fueling practice and race-day preparation together around the race you’re training for.
